Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

CO OP is looking for a dynamic, engaging, energetic Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who’s looking to lead all social media and content efforts. Is this you?

We’re looking for a creative, savvy and organized CO OPer whose role centers on social media and content creation marketing. The primary objective of this role is to create, execute, manage and optimize social media and content for a) the CO OP brand, and b) our clients. 

For CO OP: you will work collaboratively with the CO OP team to enhance and augment our current marketing and social media strategy. This strategy may include applying your knowledge and abilities to help better define our audience insights, recommended channels, competitive analysis, defining post frequency, developing a content calendar, and ideating for innovation through social media. Once the strategy is in place, you will be responsible for launching, managing, reporting, analyzing (bi-weekly on what’s working / what’s not), and making fast / smart recommendations and changes to optimize across the various channels. You will create the content for the appropriate social media channels (e.g. Instagram – Feed, Instagram – Stories, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with help from CO OP’s internal team or partnering with external partners. This content may include still images, video, blog posts, etc. We are looking for someone who will collaborate alongside the Marketing, Strategic and Creative teams to ensure a seamless execution of each campaign. 

For Clients: you will work collaboratively with the CO OP project teams to create marketing and social media strategies for their brands. This strategy will include applying your knowledge and abilities to help better define our audience insights, recommended channels, competitive analysis, defining post frequency, content calendars and ideas for innovating through social media. Once the strategy is in place, you will be responsible for launching, managing, reporting, analyzing (bi-weekly on what’s working / what’s not), and making fast / smart recommendations and changes to optimize across the various channels. You will create the content for the appropriate social media channels (e.g. Instagram – Feed, Instagram – Stories, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with help from external partnerings we hire based on the client SOW.This content may include still images, video, blog posts, etc. We are looking for someone who will collaborate alongside the Content, Marketing, Strategic and Creative teams to ensure a seamless execution of each campaign. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with CO OP team to develop and execute social media marketing strategies
  • Create content to be utilized on the CO OP blog / social media channels or clients’ channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, potentially TikTok)
  • Develop, manage and optimize the organic social media campaigns 
  • Develop cross-channel content for the CO OP brand and CO OP clients’ brands
  • Provide ongoing analysis of website traffic and top performing keywords
  • Provide bi-weekly reports highlighting insights and strategy recommendations
  • Ongoing CO OP and Client website and blog updates
  • Monitor any PR coverage on external blogs, forums, and social networks

 

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • At least 4 years social media management experience
  • Experience in agency setting 
  • Experience managing social media channels (organic and/or paid)
  • Experience with oversight of website content and blog updates
  • Experience in the best way to monitor, report, analyze and improve 
  • Experience or knowledge of luxury real estate/hospitality preferred but not required
  • Insight and implementation on how to utilize AI into our marketing efforts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Incredibly organized and prepared with excellent attention to detail
  • A willingness to contribute to strategic and creative work throughout the process
